New Subdivision in Daphne, AL

Preliminary design of a R-3 subdivision on two 30 acre parcels of land. Plans included 125 lots. Site included a roundabout for more efficient traffic flow. 


New Retail Chain Site Developments

Project involvement begins with prototypical layout on parcels of land to ensure the maximum visibility and efficient use of land. Construction quantities are generated for budgeting purposes during the preliminary layout phase. Once approved by the owner, the construction documents are produced and submitted for review and then construction. 


New Boat Retail/Service/Storage Facility

Project Began with Municipal Code Research to ensure the layout complied with the building setbacks, landscape buffering, and parking space size and count requirements. Preliminary review submittals were required to the planning commission and city review and approval were required.
